Shortage of plastic raw material is hitting the Gnosjö-region hard
There is a acute shortage of plastic raw material and because of the many plastic based industries in the Värnamo/Gnosjö-region in the county of Småland the shortage is hitting this region hard. The information comes from an article in daily news paper Värnamo Nyheter. |

Metal continues to rise in price
There are alternatives. Plastic! Glass fiber reinforced polyamide. AD-Plast has for over 10 years working with metal replacement for various of customers and have today several projects that involves details in aluminum who shall be replaced by some kind of polymer. |

The European plastic workers branch organization, EuPC, is attacking with sharp criticisms against raw material industry, that lately announced big increase in pricing. The producers of raw material seems to have bad knowledge about the conditions under which we work, says EuPC:s president Alexandre Dangis.
